EX 255 First Aid and Emergency Procedures

This course introduces the basics of life saving emergency care and first aid treatment. Students will learn and practice CPR, AED use, and first aid for choking, bleeding, and common injuries and illnesses. Emphasis is placed on assessment, communication, and decision-making during medical emergencies. A standard first aid emergency cardiac care certification will be awarded to those who qualify.
