BI 591 Biology Practicum

A carefully monitored work experience, occurring off-campus at an institution or company specializing in an area relevant to the student's ultimate career goals. Students will apply their laboratory training and/or coursework in their Biology Practicum.

Variable 1 to 3 credit hours

Prerequisite

Junior or senior biology, human biology, biomedical sciences, or medical laboratory science major. Students should consult with the biology program faculty for specific prerequisite courses and eligibility requirements as these will vary depending on the intended practicum placement. Consent of instructor is required.
