AT 661 Clinical Rehabilitation Techniques
A course that discusses the concepts of human movement and stresses the use of rehabilitation techniques and therapeutic equipment for the prevention and care of injuries. Students will apply rehabilitation techniques (i.e. flexibility, range of motion, basic strengthening and conditioning exercises, PNF, aquatic) and utilize equipment to treat populations that include adolescents, teenagers, adults, elderly, work conditioning, athletic, and physically active as well as use functional outcome measurements to determine if a patient is ready to return to activity.
