Business Administration – Management
Business Administration – Management is offered on-ground at the Leavenworth campus, Lansing Correctional Facility, United States Disciplinary Barracks, and online. The minor is offered on-ground at the Leavenworth campus. The Business Administration – Management major is designed to provide students with a broad foundation in business and the skills necessary to manage, motivate, and lead teams and individuals in organizations.
Program Learning Outcomes
Graduates of the Business Administration – Management program will demonstrate:
- An ability to understand global aspects of business.
- Competence in the discipline of management.
- Oral and written communication skills.
- The ability to evaluate legal principles related to business situations.
- The ability to evaluate ethical principles and apply them to organizational decision making.
- The ability to solve business management problems.
Online Degree in Management
The requirements for the online degree program are the same as the traditional Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degrees for transfer students, although it is recommended that students have earned an associate’s degree prior to enrolling in the program. Courses are offered online in an 8-week format with six terms each academic year.
