Activity Courses

The Sport Coaching and Activities program offers activity courses in dance, sports, fitness and swimming. The program of activity courses seeks to:

  • Develop understanding and appreciation of physical fitness and movement;
  • Improve individual movement skills; and
  • Encourage lifelong habits of fitness and skill.

1 credit per semester is granted for each activity class. 4 credits of activity courses may be applied toward the bachelor degree requirement of 120 credit hours.
